Buying catch all auto accessories for men

When you live in a male dominated house, you learn how to gift accordingly. With three sons, an ex-husband and a current husband, you can be assured I know how to shop for automotive related items to please the men in my life.
For instance, when my youngest son decided to break the 4×4 truck tradition and go with a convertible sports car, I knew one of the things he’d soon need was quality tonneau covers.
The oldest recently purchased a used pick up truck that had a great working engine and drivetrain, however really needed some attention paid to the body work. When his birthday came around, my husband and I surprised him with a truck bed liner so he wouldn’t have to spend any money or time worrying about the truck bed. Now he can focus on making the exterior body parts look great.
My husband has mellowed quite a bit as it relates to working on his SUV, however, I was quick to figure out that what he truly needed was some good quality floor matting and a catch all for the back section of the vehicle.
Given the amount of grumbling I’ve heard him utter when he has to clean out the mess from the dogs, shopping and other stuff, I know this was the right gift for him.

I’ve taken a couple of classes on how to maintain vehicles. It really is pretty interesting if you get into that sort of thing. It can become a great hobby. There are great places to shop on line to find accessories for any vehicle.

Boy, can I relate! I also live in a male dominated home. While it is a lot of fun (guys have a much better sense of humor and let things go much easier!), I have also had to learn about cars and trucks. This is a good thing though – we all drive them, we should know about them!
