5 Features of a Good Copy Shop

Someone who needs to get color copy printing done for their business will want to make sure to choose a great copy shop.

These are the five main features to consider when trying to find a great printing company:

  1. Quality. It is highly important that you get quality commercial printing services so that the products that you have printed look as professional as they possibly can.
  2. Customer service. Work with a printing company that is easy to work with if you want to make the process go as smoothly as possible.
  3. Convenience. You want to work with a company that is either located near you or which ships to you conveniently. Why go out of your way to get your printing done?
  4. Variety. You want to have a lot of options to choose from in terms of paper styles, colors available, etc.
  5. Price. You shouldn’t necessarily choose the lowest-priced copy shop since these other factors are also to be taken into consideration but you should certainly find one that is within your budget.

Shop around until you find a printing service that meets all of your needs in these five areas and you should find that you are always satisfied with the printing work that you have done.

I own a pretty big copy machine store in my town and we have customers come into our store all the time wanting a copy machine and not knowing what is good and what is not. They dont understand that you have to spend alittle more money to get a better copy machine that will last alot longer than the other ones. This blog gives very good information.

I recently went to a copy machine shop looking to buy a copy machine. I had the worst customer service at this store. I tried to ask the people that worked there some question but they where to busy talking to eachother that I ended up just walking out of the store. I think I will try to order one online and see how that goes.

I was going to order a copy machine online for my company but they charged way to much for shipping and they would not ship the machine right to my work. I ended up going with another company that charged me less for shipping and that would ship the copy machine directly to my office.

My wife ordered one of the cheapest copy machines you could buy. I told her to not be cheap for once but she didnt listen to me. We had the copy machine for 48 hours and it ended up breaking. My advice when buying a copy machine is to spend alittle bit more money! Trust me its worth it.
