I try to make a “To Do” list at the start of each summer. This is a list of things that I’d like to complete so I feel that I’ve accomplished something with my year.

Interested in what I want to do this summer? Here are some of the things on my list:

• Take a Spanish class. I want to travel to Argentina next year and I need to brush up on my language skills.
• Make Halloween crafts. I want to learn to make plus size adult costumes, Halloween costume wigs and decorations so that I can put on an awesome-but-affordable Halloween party this year.
• Improve my sewing. I took a basic class last summer because “learn to sew” was on that To Do list. I’d like to go further with that this summer.
• Read all of Milan Kundera’s books. I really like this author but I haven’t read all of his work and I’d like to.
• Watch Gone with the Wind again.  I really love that film but it’s been so long since I’ve seen it that I barely remember it. I’d like to change that.
