What Can a Camera Catch?

Monitoring our personal security is a booming business as people take extreme measures to secure their property and themselves. With a variety of tools available on the market, choosing the equipment that will best serve your home, your family and your property is a matter of personal choice.
Wireless hidden cameras are placed strategically around your home and yard to monitor what happens on the inside and outside of your home. This enables the homeowner to see who is approaching the home and if a threat occurs, the police and fire department must be called by the homeowner. This type of camera is excellent for securing the home while the homeowner is present. Having home security cameras around the home can make the homeowner feel more secure because he or she can visually monitor the surrounding area.
Home security surveillance can be set up in one room or entrance or in several areas. With several types of systems available, you can monitor just about anything you want to. Assessing your home or properties’ vulnerability can help you decide where to place your cameras and how many areas you want monitored. Home monitoring can give you peace of mind and help you protect your family.

Karen,
In this regard, I think it would be worth looking at services like HomeCamera (http://www.homecamera.com) which provide Web-based access using CCTV cameras or webcams (HomeCamera doesn’t sell cameras though).
Hope this helps,
