Well, since I missed spring cleaning this year, I have decided that it is time that I do something about the mess that is stored in my house.  Since I am a bit of a packrat, it means that I will be moving stuff around instead of getting rid of it, but it is the thought that counts, right?

Anyway, I was spending a bit of time today cleaning my closet, and I was amazed at how much stuff was in there.  Growing up, my father had always teased my mother about her messy closet, and I guess the apple didn’t fall far from the tree – my closet was pretty much stacked up to the clothes that were hanging in there.

One of the predominant things in there was a stack of university diploma frames that people bought me when I graduated from college.  I don’t know what the deal was back then, but it seemed that everyone that was at my graduation party afterwards bought me a graduation picture frame.

I guess they didn’t think about the fact that I would only need one, and therefore didn’t get gift receipts for them, so now, five years later, I have a stack of these frames in my house.

I don’t suppose you want one, do you?
