Getting Control Over My Sleeping and My Life
By karen in Health | 0 comments
It’s been one week since I got my new CPAP equipment. I have to say, I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The CPAP machine isn’t terribly huge, in fact it’s a lot smaller than I expected. The CPAP mask is surprisingly comfortable. This CPAP Supply is a really great company; they’ve been very helpful. And, wonder of wonders, I’ve been sleeping. I don’t know if it’s placebo effect or if it just makes that much of a difference, but I feel so much less stressed, I’m fighting less with my family, and I’m just happier. The world seems like it’s a little bit more within my control. That was the worst thing about sleep apnea. I felt like I had no control over my life; I felt like I was held hostage by bad sleep and bad breathing. Now, (I realize I’m beginning to sound like a commercial, but its true!) I feel better than I have in a long time. Before I was borderline for depression, and within one short week, I feel productive, satisfied, and effective. Everyone is commenting on the difference, and I’m loving it. Now I can move on to bigger and better things. Now I can start the rest of my life.
