I am looking for a good insurance policy for myself and my family.  Like most consumers, I want good coverage for the basics, but the more I look, the more I see that there is a lot less covered than I would have originally imagined.  Now I have a pretty healthy family and would like to keep it that way, but unfortunately, I am aware of the fact that my husband has a problem and at some point may need to find a Florida alcohol treatment center.  The good news is that he recognizes it; the bad news is that it will be an extra expense we can’t afford without insurance. 

Florida drug treatment is supposed to be one of the best in the country according to my neighbor who just put her daughter through it, but the alchohol treatment centers Florida has to offer require lengths of stay that cost money.  I guess I need to have a frank discussion with my husband because if he is ready to do this, we need to make sure our insurance coverage is sufficient.  If it is, he needs to take the next step with this.  If it’s not, I need to find coverage that is good enough to cover this.
