		<description>I&#039;m a weight loss guide, and I think that people absolutely do not celebrate their successes enough, mostly because they used to equate success with excess, and now they can&#039;t indulge in that behavior anymore. Great post!</description>

		<description>I&#039;m terrible about being too harsh to myself on a diet; I just feel like once I slip up the whole thing is blown and I can&#039;t get back on track.  I know it&#039;s completely not true, but i can&#039;t help it, it always happens to me.</description>
