No one is stress free one hundred percent of the time. It’s just impossible in this day and age. But there are things that you can do to make sure that, for the majority of the time, you are stress free.
Deal with things as they come up

If you have an issue arise at work, or something happens at home, meet it head on. This will help not only get things back on track, but will also help keep you stress free.
Talk it out
If there’s something bothering you or something that is stressing you out, talk about it with a spouse, family member, counselor or friend. Sometimes just the act of verbalizing an issue can help you realize that it isn’t as big of a deal as you first thought. It’s also a great way to brainstorm and do some problem solving. Someone who isn’t as involved with the situation as you are may be better equipped at seeing a solution.
Take time for you
Always feeling like you’re on the clock can be very stressful. If you go from an eight or nine hour work day right into having to work at home cooking supper, cleaning, helping with home work, etc then you’re actually putting in a longer work day. When you get home from work, take twenty or thirty minutes of you time. Close your bedroom door and lay down for a bit. Or lock yourself in the bathroom and take a long, luxurious shower. This will help you relax and recharge and you will probably find that what needs to be done at home will be less of a chore and more enjoyable.
Stop to smell the roses
Or the lavender, or the cinnamon or the jasmine. Surrounding yourself with your favorite scents can instantly help you to relax and de-stress. Keep a bottle of your favorite lotion in your desk at work and use it every couple of hours. Light a much loved candle when you get home. Only shower with products that you truly love. Scent is a powerful anti-stress tool that’s also easy to use.
Get active
Getting and staying active can help to keep you stress free. You release endorphins and raise your serotonin level, things that help you achieve a natural high and sustain a happy feeling. There is also something releasing about exercising that can help you relieve any stress that you may have. Take a dance class, run, walk, take up kick boxing. It doesn’t matter what you do as long as you’re active.
Sleep tightly
If you aren’t getting the rest that you need, you could find yourself getting stressed over things that normally wouldn’t bother you at all. Inadequate sleeps affects every aspect of your life: it weakens your immune system, can dull your senses and impair your decision making process. All things that can add to the stress in your life.
