I can’t believe how up late I am tonight — I got carried away working on my website, and completely lost track of time.  I’ve been like this ever since I discovered unix hosting — there’s so much to learn, and so much satisfaction from coding something in HTML and having it turn out the way you want it to.

In fact, I have quite a few websites — the bug just bit me, I guess.  I have my professional website, where I keep my online portfolio (I’m a writer) and market to potential clients.  Plus I have at least half a dozen blogs that I post to regularly — I’ve lost count of how many I’ve got, admittedly.

I’m nowhere near a web designer by trade, and working on my website sometimes takes a long time while  I try to figure something out with the code.  However, I enjoy doing it myself, and then being able to see the results of my hard work.  Unfortunately, it does lead to some very late nights.

Luckily, I have no reason to get up early tomorrow, so I can sleep in — and let me tell you, I certainly plan to!  I can already feel around my eyes that I’m getting tired.  I’ll go to bed soon, and leave the final proofreading and uploading for tomorrow!
