A different way of separating

divorce without lawyersAs a law student, I was reviewing some different ways that couples get through a divorce.  Since I live in the greater Phoenix metro area I came across divorce mediation in Phoenix.  What this entails is getting together with your soon to be ex spouse as well as a mediator to discuss the finer aspects of dissolving your marriage.  This is a probable way to go about saving money, by having a divorce without lawyers in Phoenix.  Traditionally, lawyers need to have payment to retain their services, as well as an hourly billing rate for closure on proceedings.

Divorce mediation in Arizona has a place to stay and has been making more of a mark.  More and more couples are looking for a more amicable way to call it quits so that they can start making a new life for themselves.  Because mediation involves more face to face time, than a court battle, mediation can be quicker, less expensive and perhaps even emotionally better for all involved.  By definition, mediation is an intervention between conflicting parties to come to a settlement or compromise.  Most couples want to move on with their lives so they are open to settlement through a mediator.
