Being Surpassed by the Younger Generation

I feel like I’m someone who knows my way around the Internet fairly well. I’m able to design a basic website and get it up and running and even drive some traffic there if I put in the effort. However, this isn’t natural to me. I didn’t grow up with computers and it takes a lot of hard work for me to get these basic skills down.
Sometimes I feel like the younger generation is just passing me by when it comes to this stuff. I was doing an initial review of some resumes for my boss the other day that really made me feel this way. Under the basic skills section, more than one person mentioned that they had Tampa interactive marketing agency experience and skills working with a content management system and Tampa SEO stuff. I barely know what that all means let alone know how to do it!
It’s not that I think I need to know these things per se. It just seems like the kids who are growing up with computers now are having an easier time grasping some of the skills that it’s taking me a long time to learn how to do. It’s frustrating!
