Mexico Mix Disk

A group of my friends and me make an annual pilgrimage for a long weekend in a sleepy little fishing village in Mexico. We generally take quads and spend a lot of time riding them around on the beaches and up to the tops of the sandy hills and small mountains there. Of course we also spend a lot of time at the local taco stand and cantina. Maybe a little too much time at the cantina in fact!
One of the characters in our group, George, is always hell bent on each of us contributing one song, and then we make a mix disk with all of the songs on it and we all get a copy. I usually just end up throwing the disk away when I get home because they all like country music, and I’m more into the heavy metal thing.
This year I stepped up and did something special for it though. When I bought my printer, it came with a CD printing tray attachment. I had never used the CD printer part, so I thought I would give it a try. So I downloaded the music, burned them onto some printable disks and gave the disk printer a try. I had picked out a nice picture that I had taken on the beach from a previous trip, and it worked perfectly. So this year’s mix disc, even though I won’t listen to it, looks really nice!
